Rock Power Youth Group

Cornerstone Family Church's youth program is for teenagers, ages 13 through 19.   Starting with praise and worship, with the youth worship band, and followed by teaching God's Word with discussion time, we meet on Wednesday nights at 6:45 in the fellowship hall.

Occasionally, we have gym activities at the Howard Suamico Elementary School .  We believe that students need to be equipped with the Word of God, but also have a time of fun and fellowship with their peers.  We also attend youth conferences and plan fun events for the teenagers so they can have fun and unwind.

Another part of CFC's youth ministry is drama and dance.  The youth group works on a skit or dance every quarter, giving the teenagers an opportunity to minister to the church.  Not only are students learning God's Word, but they are sharing God's Word as well.

As youth pastors and leaders, we desire to see the teenagers become more like Christ.  We help facilitate this by teaching them God's Word and spending time in praise, worship and prayer.  Our goal is equipping teenagers with the tools that they need to have a successful life, walking in the plans and purposes that God has for them.  Seeing the value of having strong relationships between teenagers and parents, we are here to help develop and strengthen those relationships as a priority in our ministry.
