Sheltering Wings

“Sheltering Wings,” An Integrated Approach to Prayer Ministry, is under the direction of Pastor Sandy Toyne BA in Bible Studies, Masters of Divinity, and working toward her Doctorate in Nouthetic Counseling. In this ministry, a trained prayer minister can offer a solution to the chronic hurts and wounds of the past that are present in everyday life. We follow the Restoring the Foundations Manual by Chester and Betsy Kylstra. Restoring the Foundations is an integrated approach to healing ministry. Pastor Sandy has been a prayer minister for many years and she and her team have great insights, maturity and biblical knowledge that are valuable to life’s set backs, disappointments and unresolved issues. Also working with Pastor Sandy in Sheltering Wings Prayer Ministry are Tony and Judy Wagner, married for over 40 years and Cindy Frisque has been married for over 30 years.
